2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips

Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.

4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips.

7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are crinkled.

9. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
