1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey/agave/monk fruit)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
