Ingredients

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey/agave/monk fruit)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
3. Transfer to jars or ramekins.
4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
5. Top with berries, shaved chocolate, or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat small curd cottage cheese for best texture.
Store in fridge up to 4 days.
