Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse: Creamy, Protein-Packed Dessert Done Right

Ingredients

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey/agave/monk fruit)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

3. Transfer to jars or ramekins.

4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
