Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Add optional mix-ins (fruit, nut butter, cocoa).
4. Pour into a loaf pan or airtight container.
5. Freeze 2–4 hours, stirring once halfway.
6. Let rest 10 minutes at room temp before scooping.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture.
Best enjoyed within 3–4 days.
For softer texture, freeze in smaller portions or add 1 tsp vodka.
