1 pre-made tart shell

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 cup fresh cranberries

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons sugar (for cranberries)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

7. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a more intense orange flavor, feel free to add extra orange zest.
