This creamy avocado chocolate mousse is a decadent, rich, and plant-based dessert that is both healthy and delicious. It’s made with ripe avocados, cocoa powder, and a touch of maple syrup, making it a perfect treat for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

– 2 ripe avocados

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/3 cup maple syrup

– 1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.

5. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream.
