Ingredients

– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

– 2 large eggs

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until combined.

5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.

8. Let them cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates to serve.
