These No-Bake Almond Joy Snack Bars are a delicious treat that combines the flavors of almond, coconut, and chocolate. Perfect for meal prep or a quick snack!

Ingredients

– 1 cup almond flour

– 1 cup shredded coconut

– 1/2 cup almond butter

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

– 1/4 cup whole almonds (for topping)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

2. Stir until well combined.

3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

4. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.

5. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler.

6. Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.

7. Top with whole almonds, pressing them slightly into the chocolate.

8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.

9. Cut into bars and serve.
