1/2 cup (120ml) honey
2 cups (160g) old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons (20g) chia seeds
1 cup (170g) dark chocolate, melted
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
3. Stir in oats and chia seeds until evenly combined.
4. Press the mixture firmly into the pan to create a flat layer.
5. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top in a swirl pattern.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
