Instructions

1. Add peanut butter, egg, and sugar to a microwave-safe mug.

2. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Stir in baking powder and chocolate chips if using.

3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, checking at 60.

4. Let rest for 1 minute before eating. Add toppings if desired.
