A simple 3-ingredient morning drink made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and filtered water. Helps support hydration, digestion, and mineral balance.
12 oz filtered water (room temperature or warm)
Juice of ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
⅛ tsp pink Himalayan salt (fine grain)
Optional: ½ tsp raw apple cider vinegar
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
1. Pour 12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
2. Add juice from half a lemon.
3. Stir in ⅛ tsp of pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
4. (Optional) Add apple cider vinegar and/or honey if desired.
5. Drink first thing in the morning or one hour before bed.
For sleep: drink warm with honey 1 hour before bedtime.
For energy: add raw honey and drink in the morning.
If using vinegar, use a straw to protect teeth enamel.
Avoid if on a low-sodium diet or if lemon causes reflux.
