Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, rolled oats, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

6. Spread the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
