1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup crushed pretzels

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.

4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

6. Fold in the crushed pretzels and chocolate chips.

7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. Create a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with a bit of salted caramel sauce.

9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate chips.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.

You can also sprinkle a little sea salt on top before baking for extra flavor.
