1 handful kale or spinach
½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ avocado
Juice of ½ lemon
Ice, as needed
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Optional: Add a scoop of protein powder for a higher-protein breakfast.
Use spinach instead of kale for a milder green flavor.
